User Agreement (UA)
This agreement, referred to as the "User Agreement" or abbreviated as "UA", is concluded between the online store urf.im, located at www.urf.im and www.urfim.com, hereinafter referred to as the "online store", and the user of the online store services, referred to as the "buyer". It sets out the conditions for purchasing goods through the website.
1. General provisions
1.1. This agreement is concluded between the buyer and the online store when an order is placed. The buyer confirms acceptance of the terms of this agreement by checking the "I have read and accept the UA" box when placing an order.
1.2. This agreement complies with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.3. This agreement, together with the product information presented on the website, constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.4. Relations between the buyer and the online store are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the distance sale of goods (Article 497 of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 234-FZ of October 25, 2007), as well as the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 2300-1 of February 2, 1992, and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.
1.5. The buyer may be any individual or legal entity able to accept and pay for the goods they order in the manner and under the conditions established by this agreement within the territory of the Russian Federation.
1.6. The online store reserves the right to amend this agreement.
1.7. This agreement shall be considered in the form published on the website and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Product information
2.1. Goods are presented on the website through sample photographs belonging to the online store.
2.2. Each sample photograph is accompanied by textual information: item number, price and description of the goods.
2.3. At the request of the buyer, the online store manager must provide, by telephone or email, any other information that the buyer considers necessary and sufficient to make a decision about purchasing goods.
2.4. The price of goods shown on the website may be changed unilaterally by the online store.
2.5. If the price of goods ordered by the buyer changes, the online store manager shall promptly inform the buyer by telephone or email to obtain confirmation or cancel the order. If the buyer cannot be contacted, the order is considered cancelled.
3. Purchasing procedure
3.1. The buyer has the right to order any product presented on the website. Each product may be ordered in any quantity, subject to its availability from the seller. The buyer may place the order independently on the website.
4. Payment for goods
4.1. Payment methods for goods are listed on the website in the "Legal information" section.
4.2. At checkout, the buyer pays for the goods by transferring money to the representative of the online store through the payment system.
5. Returns / refunds
5.1. The buyer has no right to reject goods of proper quality with individually defined characteristics if those goods can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing them.
5.2. The buyer has the right to reject goods of inadequate quality within 7 days of the date of purchase. During this period, the store must be notified through the website using the contact details available in the "Legal information" section.
5.3. If the product was purchased with a credit card, a refund can only be made to the card used for payment.
5.4. Purchases of "credits" are non-refundable.
5.5. A refund for goods purchased with "credits" or another payment method may be considered within the statutory period of 7 days. The store will refund the buyer in "credits".
6. Additional provisions
6.1. The online store reserves the right to expand or reduce the range of products on the website, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and suspend or terminate the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
6.2. The online store has the right to run special promotions.
6.3. In accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data", by placing an order you consent to the online store processing your personal data to send information and promote products on the market, without any time limit. You may revoke this consent by sending written notice. In that case, your personal data will be destroyed and its processing terminated within 7 business days of receipt of the notice.
6.4. The seller undertakes to keep the buyer's personal data confidential, along with any other information about the buyer disclosed in the course of performing this agreement, unless that information:
- is publicly available;
- is disclosed at the request of or with permission from the buyer;
- must be disclosed on grounds provided by law or upon receipt of relevant requests from a court or authorized public authorities;
- is disclosed for other reasons agreed upon by the parties.
6.5. The seller has the right to amend the agreement unilaterally by publishing the amendments on the website at http://www.urf.im/ or http://urfim.com/ unless otherwise provided by the new version of the agreement.
6.6 This agreement is a legally binding agreement between the buyer and the seller that contains the rules for making purchases in the urf.im online store.
6.7. This agreement is considered concluded when the seller gives the buyer a cash register receipt, sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the goods, or when the seller receives a message expressing an intention to purchase the goods.
